A multilateral trade expert , WTO trained. Mr Okatch holds B.COM, (UON), MBA, DBA(Catholic University ongoing). Mr. Okatch has a wide experience in corporate matters. He is the current Chairman APSEA, Board member Kenya Re-Insurance Company, Council member Karatina University. He is Past President of Rotary Club of Westlands, Nairobi .
