We regard every client to have unique Training Intervention and Management Consultancy needs. We therefore offer no proforma or off the shelf courses. Each programme is structured to address specific client needs.

Therefore each training or management consultancy intervention requires one form or the other, of a Training Needs Analysis - often conducted at no extra cost - or in case of Management Consultancy, exhaustive desk research.

We regard Management Consultancy - including training interventions – as avenues for creating mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. The relationship does NOT END with the conclusion of the assignment. We conduct an Impact Evaluation Assessment four to six months after each intervention; at no extra cost.
In summary, our relationship is one of partnership.

Staff Competency

The faculty is diverse and sophisticated. We have two categories of consultants; Contract and Non-Contract staff. The Core staff members are long-term consultancy persons. They have multi-skilled qualifications coupled with vast consultancy experience and academic excellence. Each must also be a capable facilitator.Contract staffs are non-permanent. They have great experience and good qualifications and are drawn from industry; universities, other consultancies …etc. These individuals have rare combinations of academic quality and practical experience. We sponsor their intellectual development. They are available to work on specific programmes or for specific durations (1, 3 months at a stretch) or simply to generate specifically required skills or perceptions, in say, course or programme design.

Own Venue

We are the ONLY consultancy at this level, with a fully fledged training centre with a capacity for sixty participants at the serene and pristine location of Loitokitok (3 hours journey of unforgettable scenery and wild game from Nairobi).
The Outward Bound Training Centre in Loitokitok is a thirty acre sumptuous property ideal for conferences, weddings, retreats …etc.
